When attempting to execute 'phpize', the script outputs several errors.
Instead of listing the API versions, it lists that the commands can't be
found.
Although it is producing the errors, it seems to be working fine. As
the module I was attempting to build, was able to build cleanly.
Expected result:

I would expect that 'phpize' would list the API versions, and not
produce errors.
Actual result:
