Bug #17331: Make fails trying to redefine XtOffsetOf in the SAPI module

From: steve.miller@consultant.com Operating system: Suse Linux 7.2 PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: *Compile Issues Bug description: Make fails trying to redefine XtOffsetOf in the SAPI module PHP 4.2.1 and Apache 1.3.19 httpd -l returns mod_so.c in the list. ./configure --with-oci8 --with-oracle --with-apxs=/usr/local/httpd/bin configure completes successfully. make fails with errors in the SAPI module. php.h tries to redefine XtOffsetOf when you are compiling with apxs. mentions main/php.h and also os.h and some other header files.
