What other informations should I provide in this case? I can tell for
sure that the only change on this server was to upgrade the PHP to
5.1.0b2.

I've upgraded PHP 5.0.4 to PHP 5.1.0b2 and now the CPU on this Fedora 3
machine gets overloaded. It seems that a php process fails to end. I
have few Apache processes going forever and eating 25% of the CPU
power, each.
