The getDocComment() method from the Reflection API (in this case, the
ReflectionClass class) returns no result where an if block exists
before the documentation comment.
Reproduce code:

{
}
$rclass = new ReflectionClass('TestObject');
echo "Comment: '".$rclass->getDocComment()."'";
