yesterday morning was ok, but from yesterday afternoon,kept getting the
error message: "Warning: ocilogon() [function.ocilogon]:
_oci_open_server: Error while trying to retrieve text for error
ORA-12162 in /www/orainclude.php on line 5"

operating system: Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-20
