Description:
------------
Creating a reference variable then using foreach creating local
variables of the same name will cause memory corruption/read errors.
Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
$arr = array();
$arr['oh no'] = 'abc';
$arr['test'] = 'def';
$ele = &$arr['test'];
foreach ($arr as $ele => $ment) if ($ele == 'test') print_r($ment);
?>
Expected result:
----------------
Expected output is "def"
Actual result:
--------------
Actual output is "oh no"
