Problem:
I tried to update my old PHP5 with the new version.
Installing 5.0.5 over 5.0.4 breaks the GD functionality, because it
cannot find the procedure entry into the DLL.
Looks like the supplied php_gd2.dll file is too old/new/different than
supposed to.
The new 5.1.0 RC has the correct DLL coming with it, however I can't
use it because the RC crashes in php5ts.dll every few minutes.
Fix:
Installing either 5.0.4 or 5.1.0 fixes the problem. (However, 5.1.0
does not work on Windows 2003/Apache2, due to above mentioned crashes)
