Bug #15686: xml2-config not used

From: generica@email.com Operating system: Linux PHP version: 4.1.1 PHP Bug Type: *Compile Issues Bug description: xml2-config not used at ./configure, xml2-config is not used to get xml2 libs. Instead, just "-lxml2 -L/path/to/xml2dir" is used. This means that if xml2 is configured with pthread support, nothing after the xml2 section of ./configure will compile. For me, this showed up when detecting jpeg support.
