Description:
------------
While it was working before, the $_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING'] is
not longer being set.
I'm using Apache 2 with the PHP Module.
Note this is not a problem of "Content-Encoding" being sent
Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
var_export($_SERVER['HTTP_ACCEPT_ENCODING']);
?>
Expected result:
----------------
'gzip, deflate'
Actual result:
--------------
NULL
