Bug #17488: upload_tmp_dir not automatically added to open_basedir

From: haughtlists@hotmail.com Operating system: FreeBSD PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description: upload_tmp_dir not automatically added to open_basedir I have found through using open_basedir per virtual host, that I need to have my upload_tmp_dir entry manually added to open_basedir for uploads to work. I believe that automatically adding the upload_tmp_dir to the open_basedir if BOTH are set nad uploads are enabled would save much time on setting up a server.
