future versions

Example:
<a href="<? setcookie(session_name(),"");session_destroy();
echo "Session Destroyed"; ?>">Click</a>
Expected result:

I know this is not yet invented, but , Do you think could be possible?
I mean to put a PHP funcion inside "<a href=""></a>" for the PHP
function
it doesn't work untill people click on the link
