New Comment:
I've no idea, really.
I thought you should know it better, 'cause it's you're running
windows.
Try on another host, do some research, maybe you'll be able to give
some more information about it.

Since I'm using Windows, I couldn't find a way to run the backtrace. I
do get a Windows error, and clicking the Debug option tells me that "An
exception 'unhandled Win32 Exception' has occurred in Apache.exe.
However, no debuggers are registered that can debug this exception.
Unable to JIT debug.".
Is there a way I can get the information you need on Windows?

Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a backtrace to see what is happening behind the scenes. To
find out how to generate a backtrace, please read
http://bugs.php.net/bugs-generating-backtrace.php
Once you have generated a backtrace, please submit it to this bug
report and change the status back to "Open". Thank you for helping
us make PHP better.
Works fine here.
