Bug description: configure fails to handle missing include-files
When running configure, it claims to find unix.h, but there is no such file
on the system, same thing with sys/sysexits.h. Fact is, it "recognizes"
all include-files in this for-statement. I checked it with 4.1.2, this
configure works properly, strangely it has the same for-loop as the
4.2.1-configure, so the problem lies somewhat deeper in the script.
