Thank you for this bug report. To properly diagnose the problem, we
need a backtrace to see what is happening behind the scenes. To
find out how to generate a backtrace, please read
http://bugs.php.net/bugs-generating-backtrace.php
for *NIX and
http://bugs.php.net/bugs-generating-backtrace-win32.php
for Win32
Once you have generated a backtrace, please submit it to this bug
report and change the status back to "Open". Thank you for helping
us make PHP better.

Tried the win32-latest and still the same error.
It seems to work for a while before 1 requests took a long
time and finally did nothing.
Php stil works for pages that don't access a file the
way the example does.
Any suggestions for debugging?

Yes.
It's worth trying the latest version before starting to debug
something.

Is this the only way? I would rather use a debug method since
the server is heavily used...
