Description:

i was trying to $Mail = new COM("CDONTS.NewMail");
and repeatedly getting
Warning: (null)(): Invalid ProgID, GUID string, or Moniker:  
error

Expected result:
----------------
just fire the mail to the destination address

Actual result:
