#35864 [NEW]: mysql_real_escape_string() produces unexpected results

From: notepad at codewalkers dot com Operating system: IIS, Apache PHP version: 5.1.1 PHP Bug Type: MySQL related Bug description: mysql_real_escape_string() produces unexpected results Description: ------------ passing the value 0x7c00 through mysql_real_escape_string() inserts weird characters in my database.
