1.) There doesn't need to be space. If there was, it propably would
fail too. 
2.) That's intentional

when building php with "--with-sqlite", there's an error in
configure.js:

if (FSO.FileExists(configure_module_dirname +
"\\..\\pdo\\php_pdo_driver.h")) {
		PHP_SQLITE2_PDO_CFLAGS = " /DPHP_SQLITE2_HAVE_PDO=1 /I " +
configure_module_dirname + "\\..";
		ADD_EXTENSION_DEP('sqlite', 'pdo')
	} else {
		PHP_SQLITE2_PDO_CFLAGS = "";
	}


1. there's no space between /D and PHP_SQLITE2_HAVE_PDO
2. PHP_SQLITE2_HAVE_PDO is always set to 1, even if i haven't set
"--enable-pdo" and "--with-dpo-sqlite" and therefore i get a
linker-error "unresolved symbol _php_pdo_*"

i modified my configure.js but with no luck, php always wants to build
with pdo
