Take a look at http://pecl4win.php.net/ext.php/php_cpdf.dll
. It really
has been moved to PECL but doesn't have its presentation at
http://pecl.php.net yet.

Sorry, but I still insist it is a Documentation BUG because docs are
incorrect regardles of the reason!

The code is in fact in PECL'd cvs, but someone forgots to create an
entry in PECL website.

It only appears in versions 5.1.0+
