On 64-bit Linux systems, some features requiring system libraries which
are located in <basedir>/lib64 are not being found.
Reproduce code:
---------------
cd php-5.1.2
./configure --with-gd=shared \
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr \
--with-png-dir=/usr \
--with-freetype-dir=/usr \
--enable-gd-native-ttf \
Expected result:
----------------
Library found, feature enabled and compiled.
Actual result:
