This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

entries for realpath_cache_size and realpath_cache_ttl
are missing from php-ini-dist and php.ini-recommended.

php-ini-dist and php-ini-recommended should contain entries for
realpath_cache_size and realpath_cache_tt

Actual result:

no entries
