Bug description: ./configure error with OCI8 due to bad autoconf Macro
Description:

When launching ./configure with oci (normal oci or instant-client), there
is an error in the script which prevent from compiling correctly with
OCI.
I traced this to an incorrect autoconf macro ($PHP_OCI_SED instead of
$PHP_OCI8_SED) in an .m4 file.
Here are the command I used, the error message and the path file I used
(you have to re-run autoconf after this).
