Launch MS SQL Server Client Network utility, go to DB Library options
tab and uncheck "Automatic ANSI to OEM conversion"

MSIE - code page: "central europe windows" (1250)
MSSQL - cp 1250
PHP MSSQL native driver gives me data in code page "central europe
DOS". The same problem is with inserting data.
ODBC driver gives me correct data.
