From: jerdonek at gmail dot com Operating system: Mac OS X 10.3.9 PHP version: 5.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Date/time related Bug description: strtotime fails before 13:00:00 with some time zones identifiers Description: ------------ strtotime() returns no output when the time part of the date-time is between 00:00:00 and 13:00:00 and the time zone identifier is America/New_York for example. The error does not occur for GMT for example. Reproduce code: --------------- echo strtotime("2006-05-12 13:00:01 America/New_York") . "<br>"; echo strtotime("2006-05-12 13:00:00 America/New_York") .
