Not supported by MySQL's client api. Use Information_schema (MySQL 5.0
or newer) to retrieve constraint information.

MySQL manual (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/create-table.html)
states that MySQL does have (limited) support for foreign keys. PHP
function mysql_fetch_field
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.mysql-fetch-field.php) makes it
possible to check whether the field is primary_key, unique_key or
multiple_key, but we can't check if the field is foreign_key. And, that
feature would be most useful...
