Besides this, you should not use putenv("TZ to set the timezone anyway
as this is bound to cause problems as apache on windows is threaded.
Use date_default_timezone_set().

if continue executes after the crash messages popup,
after fews times executions, it shows following messages:

inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in Unknown on line 0
