From: gvrynios at gmail dot com Operating system: Windows XP Professional SP 2 PHP version: 5CVS-2006-04-30 (snap) PHP Bug Type: MySQL related Bug description: Upgrade From 4.3.2 to 5.1.2 Description: ------------ My System Windows XP Professional SP2 MySql Version 4.1.7-nt with Greek Character Set And Collation PHP Version 4.3.9 phpBB Version 2.x All Works Fine I tried to upgrade to PHP 5.1.2 and for each sql statment I got the error SQL Error : 1271 Illegal mix of collations for operation ' IN ' I have downgrade back to php 4.3.9 and all works fine If tried with the CVS Version 5.2.0-dev Build Date: Apr 30 2006 16:15:30 but the problem still exists Is that a bug in PHP ?
