OCI8 dlls are built against Oracle Instant Client, so you have to use
it too.

Also crash in Windows XP SP2.
In both cases the oci.dll client is v9.2.0.3.0
In TotalCommander whith FileInfo plugin i can see php_oci8.dll fail's

I'm upgrading php-5.1.2 to php-5.1.4, when i execute php -v php say's:
Unable to load dynamic library '.\ext\php_oci8.dll' - The specified
module could not be found.
I'm remplace php_oci8.dll v5.1.4.4 by v5.1.2.2 (from php-5.1.2) and run
with out problems.
