Bug description:  php_mysql.dll

Description:
------------
After installing apache 2.2.2,phpmyadmin,mysql 5, and php5.2. apache 2.2.2
will crash if I copy php_mysql.dll(version 5.021) from mysql.com in php
extension folder.Nothing will run at all.

I didn't have this kind of problem when I used apache 2.058 and
phpmyadmin, and mysql, and php 5.14 with php_mysql.dll(version 5.021) from
mysql.com
