Bug description: Calling Exec() with CGI version of PHP places stderr messages in response
Whenever I call Exec() within the CGI version of PHP I have noticed that
the stderr stream from the Exec'ed program gets placed in the HTML output
returned to the client. This should not the intended design...as this
does not happen when I'm running the ISAPI version of PHP.
Is this a bug?
