Tried to checkin changes with fixed whitespace, and got:
cvs -z6 -q commit -m "Add check for php.ini in same directory as php.exe (or equivalent
executable tha..." main\php_ini.c (in
directory C:\net.php\php4-work\)
**** Access denied: insufficient karma (pbannister|php4/main)
Contact group@php.net for access to php4/main
cvs server: Pre-commit check failed
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!
Kind'a hard to fix things... :)
