As long as it stays consisent it is no problem, but it just isn't:
[derick@kossu fribidi]$ grep -r ZEND_FUNCTION *
php_fribidi.h:ZEND_FUNCTION(fribidi_log2vis);
[derick@kossu fribidi]$ grep -r PHP_FUNCTION *
fribidi.c:PHP_FUNCTION(fribidi_log2vis)
(okay, i have to admit this is the only example I found :)
