ext/exif: avoid overflow in
exif_process_IFD_in_TIFF_impl() (#23807)
Avoid potential overflow from the multiplication of php_ifd_get32u(...) and
an entry in php_tiff_bytes_per_format by casting the former with
(int64_t),
matching the cast on line 3288 when similar multiplication is performed. Check
the result against INT32_MAX before converting it to a size_t.
Do the same with the entry length when added to the entry offset.
