Thank you for taking care of this issue which has troubled
many Windows users. I wonder about whether Win is really
unable to unlink a file which is still opened by a process.
I'm sure you have done plenty of research before committing
this patch. Is this documented behaviour? Is this a bug in
certain Win32 implementations?
