Before anyone says something, I know that I should have reformatted the php.ini-optimized file, too. I just don't have the time to finish the job right now. You have no idea how long it took to go through this one and reformat everything consistently. I'm glad it got done, though, because it's much easier to navigate this file, especially now that the comments conform to eighty column screen widths. I'd appreciate some members of the QA team reviewing this file. In a way, it's an important piece of PHP documentation in and of itself, and it really should receive a lot more attention than it has in the past.
