Third, what are you talking about here? I never said anything near that this could not be put into 4.0.6. Fourth, every change to the build scripts _can_ mess some things up, after all, you are a human too. So this must be tested before release IMO. (I do not argue if there must be an RC for this). Fifth, it's fixed now. And that is the most important thing.
