While this patch makes the Apache2Filter compile again unter
Linux, the following problem persists:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so into server:
undefined symbol: alloc_globals_id
Someone with more insight on the TSRM stuff is needed, I guess :-)
