There are about 3500 substitutions. Because there were so many, I
couldn't check them all. Because the substitions is quite straight
forward, I assumed there wouldn't be too much problems. And if there
were, it could be reverted easily because I tagged the whole tree.
See it from the other side: the whole tree is now using the Z_ macro's,
in stead of a mix of macro's and non-macro's.

for all new lines
with the Z_* macro's. It is a little bit polluted by other commits in
the past day.
If you happen to notice a bogus line (I already looked over it, but
could have easily missed something), just notify me. I still think this
was a good thing to do.
