not that i know of. i don't usually pay attention to the cvs account
requests (and rasmus or andrei or sascha or someone else takes care of
them), but i had seen dimitris asking questions about the greek
translation on the phpdoc mailing list and he sent his account request
twice. (which is very good, since his first request did not give any
clue *why* he wanted a cvs account.)
