I don't think it was useless, otherwise it wouldn't be there. My guess is that some weird Linux distribution/Unix variant has the includes there. Derick

These directory was added by me when I tried to make it compile with PostreSQL source directory. Unfotunately, the include file directory structure is not the same as installed one. I need to add sevral directory to make it compile.... They may be changed also. Therefore, I was decided to get rid of the dirs, but I forgot to delete it when I committed new config.m4 :( -- Yasuo Ohgaki
