Don't build CLI, if an extension requests that.

shouldn't this be done by the new 3rd optional parameter to the PHP_EXTENSION autoconf macro? it now decides which extension libs should be linked with CLI only, why not have it decide which to link with the SAPI part only? -- Hartmut Holzgraefe hartmut@six.de http://www.six.de +49-711-99091-77
