Contrary to what everywhere else is expected, the code being
executed with the -r switch must not be enclosed in '<?' and
'?>' tags. This means I can't run existing PHP code this way:
php -r "
cat script.php"
because basically every PHP script starts with '<?'.
Expected behaviour? I mean, does it make sense ?
If so, it should be also clearly documented in the command
line help.
