Hi All,
Microsoft SQL Server used to be identical with Sybase (back arround version 4.xx).
This makes it possible to use the sybase extension (using FreeTDS) on a *nix box to talk to a SQL
Server on a NT/2000 box.
Due to product development SQL 2000's db-library is no longer 100% compatible. This makes it
difficult to create a native connection.
