Hi Karl,
$delete = "'" . implode( "', '", $delete_list );
$delete = substr( $delete, 0, ( strlen( $delete ) - 3 ) );
then use: "DELETE FROM sent_items WHERE id IN ($delete)"
Not tested, but should work.
