Use commas to seperate them.
$query = "update table set name='$name', id='$id' where
date='$date'";

short but sweet.....
how do you update multiple fields at the same time using MySQL ?
as in $query= "update table set name= '$name' AND ID= '$ID' where date=
'$date'";
this of course doesn't work....
any ideas ?
