Yes, there is a way to create tables in any language that
executes SQL commands.
The same way you can do a "SELECT * FROM TABLE" you can do a
"CREATE TABLE Stuff (Field1 INT, Field2 DATE)" etc..
The easiest way to create tables (or learn how to create them)
is by playing with PhpMyAdmin, from here:
