Hi,
i am using PHP connecting orcale8i which contains some Chinese
characters.
i've changed environment variables:
1. PutEnv("LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5");
2. $HTTP_ENV_VARS["LANG"]="AMERICAN_AMERICA.ZHT16BIG5"
However, the PHP program still displays
?? insteads of Chinese characters.
Is there any more setting required?
