Query result to local file

Hi, I have to copy a PHP scripts result onto a client's local disk. There's a HTML table which has to be saved onto (e.g.) drive C. It works fine using the browser's 'file/save as' function. The only thing I should do is to save this HTML page to drive C by clicking a button. (I can upload local files to server, but how to do the reverse thing) Does anyone have any idea?
