Form that submits attachments

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone here knows a tutorial about creating a php file that can process the attachment submitted by an HTML form. I created an HTML form and put <input type="file" name="image" /> in it and made the action to form.php. I want form.php to send an e-mail with the form's information and the attachment. I can get the information but not the attachment. Has anyone done this before that can tell me how to go about doing it?
