I changed my code, but, believe me I got the same erro message!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Change to:
$sth = OCIParse ($c, "begin CPF_ORA(=:cpf);end;" );
OCIBindByName ( $sth, ":cpf", 12);
There could be other bugs but I'm sure you can fix them.
