Hi, Is anyone able to briefly explain to me how the use of temporary tables by MySQL is affected by PHPs persistent connections? From my reading of MySQL temp tables are deleted when the current connection is closed, but that might not be for quite a long time with a persistent connection... also, how does this affect concurrency of temp table creation?
